1. The Service

Sanad AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses manage WhatsApp Business conversations, with an inbox, automation, knowledge base, analytics, and AI-assisted replies within plan limits.

The Service is provided via the website and related application at sanad-ai.dev. Features may evolve over time; we aim to communicate material changes via the site or email.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to represent the business you register. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including invited team members. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access at [email protected].

3. Subscriptions and free trial

We may offer a limited free trial (for example 7 days) as shown at signup. After the trial, access continues according to the paid plan you choose.

Monthly, semi-annual, and annual plans are available with different seat limits, AI reply quotas, and features. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Paid subscriptions activate when payment succeeds through our payment provider. Payment may be processed by a third party acting as Merchant of Record.

4. Acceptable use and plan limits

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the Service for spam, illegal content, fraud, abuse, or any activity that violates third-party rights or connected platform policies.

Seat, AI reply, and other quotas apply per your plan. Exceeding limits may restrict features until you upgrade or the period renews.

5. Customer and WhatsApp content

You retain ownership of content you or your customers submit through the Service (such as WhatsApp messages and knowledge-base materials). You grant us a limited license to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for obtaining required consents to message your customers on WhatsApp and for the accuracy of manual and automated replies.

6. Artificial intelligence

The platform may generate replies and suggestions using third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing suitability before relying on them for sensitive business decisions.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs will always match your company policies or legal requirements.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel subscription renewal from billing settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the prepaid period, unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, abuse, or non-payment, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we take reasonable steps toward reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of or interruption to the Service, except where gross negligence or willful misconduct applies.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
